Why does all fuel prices end in 9/10ct.? The currency of the United States does not have any 1/10ct. coins that I know of.Does the Service Station owe me 1/10ct. for each gallon of fuel that I buy?

more ways to rip you off? i don't know, but you've got my curiosity up... perhaps just a way to get that extra penny (almost) without actually charging all of it... sort of like $39.99? a way of making you think its cheaper, perhaps... 'look, ma, its only 9 dollars!' ... 'no, jimmy, its 9.99, so its 10 dollars...'

i think that the government and or the gas station owners just want More money. meaning that if you spent 40 on gas you are really paying 45.
