First of all take care of your system so that your .dll and .exe files can't be disturbed.Do not mischief with windows folder cause during booting process required files are in the same. Then also some accident takes place and you loose them then it is dependened upon the lost file. If your system does not boot then get the bootable source of the same operating system, change your booting sequance from bios setup according to your source, let your system be booted. After booting process get all your lost files to your hdd from reliable source. Boot your pc again with your bootable source-hdd. If still there is problem contact me : nicks_ce@yahoo.co.in
