I am in the process of getting a divorce and my husband won't let me refinance my house which is causing me to become financially destitute.  I purchased the home with my inheritence and I have 3 kids.  What can I do?  If I sell my home I won't be able to purchase another nor will I be able to rent because I have no family to help cosign for me.  I am not from this state and I am unemployeed due to the divorce.  Can you help me?
