we have a 1986 xplorer 440x motor home with a 454 in it.  it will not start.  we are trying to figure out if it is the theft deturant system.  we have replaced both the electric fuel pump and the manual.  the distributer is hot but no fire getting to plugs tried hot wiring it for starter to battery no luck.  anything would be appriciated  thanks
