I have my h1B approved and palnning to apply for visa in consulate. My middle name is mispelled on form G28 and I-129(Form I-129 H( form name is H classification
supplement to Form I-129.)First and last name are correct. The typeo is only one letter. Will there be any problem? Anybody has experience with spelling mistake? Thanks in advance,thx,APK

Hi APK, I have the same problem. I have checked with a friend who asked me to file for amendment. But I am not sure about the information. If you have any information please email me at boblas@gmail.com.
