i have a 96 sebring convertible car just won't start cranks...

i have a 96 sebring convertible car just won't start cranks and cranks but just won't start spray a bit of starting fluid and it kicks over there was no feul to the front pulled the relay and jumped it the feul starting pumping fine car still wouldn't start so now it is getting feul plenty of it and still just cranks and cranks a bit of either turns right over any ideas
