I have a 2000 dodge neon, when i turn on the headlights and put into drive the right low beams not working.  I have replaced the fuses many times for that side. they keep blowing. they work until i put it into drive.  theres a Dvd deck hooked up, but only grounded with the factory ground for the factory stereo.  The high beams work just like they should.  I sapose a bad ground somewhere, weres the usual spot on these cars?  please.   morphis_22@hotmail.com
