My daughter (aged 9) has danced for years and always got top marks in her exams.  Recently she took  RAD grade 3 ballet and only got 69 so was very dissapointed.  Her teacher says that her lower back is not strong enough but has not suggested how to improve it other than "hold your tummy and bottom in".  Does anyone know of any exercises to help?  Thank you
