what is dyanamic ,static binding in c wth examples

static is binding before runtime where as dynamic is binding during runtime.
e.g.
static int myballs = 2;
int numHairOnBalls = 30;
//insert misc code here
//preferablly hair tonic algorithm
numHairOnBalls = 3000;

When the compiler binds a member function call with the version of the function that resides in the same class as the call itself, this is considered static binding.
