Can anybody help me on this??  I have a rottweiler, he is about 9 yrs., he has been doing this at nite time only......He pants real fast, like hyperventilating, he wimpers, I believe he is in pain, cause he gets real close to me like scared and will do this all nite just about.  I dont seem to get anywhere with my Vet these last three visits.  He had blood work done, all showed good, except his urine showed high protein.  He also has one undecendant testicle, which the Vet said this might be the problem.  I need HELP, what to do next, before my bank account dwindles away!!????
