For a class assignment I have to find out how much taxes are taken out of a $3,000 a month check. I have know idea where to begin. I have to take out state, federal, social security, and Medicare. Is there a website that will illustrate how to take these taxes out or can someone tell me how to do it correctly? I would greatly appreciate it.
