I have Vax-3300 running on VMS. It was working properly but...

I have Vax-3300 running on VMS. It was working properly but now on starting the system it performs test 41 to 03. Then gives a message "Test Completed" and then do nothing. What is the problem and how it can be rectified. Suggestion/guidance would highly be appreciated. Thanks.
