I have 2 Confederate bills. One is $100 dated 1864 stamped...

I have 2 Confederate bills. One is $100 dated 1864 stamped 38131 and one is $20 dated 1864 handwritten # 67888 (I think). They are both trimmed with a black line that would make it look like they had been cut w/ scissors. Are these genuine?
