Where can I find some source code (or algorithms) to downscaling the JPEG at DCT domain?

Hi there,
Well please go though the book on Mark Nelson to get a fair good idea about the image format of JPEG. Also try to read the JPEG file on to a normal txt file and try to read it will get a good picture about the files.
