shih tzu puppies usually open their eyes in the same amount of time as any other puppy, about 7-10 days.

Every puppy is different. The average, however, is 10 to 14 days, although about 3 days either was is completely normal.

10 - 17 days so don't worry some take longer than others. so expect your puppies eyes to open any day now

Puppies usually open their eyes around 2 weeks so don;t worry.. your puppies eyes will open if not..  I advise taking them to the vet for a check up there maybe some eye problems..

I have German-Shepherd mixed puppies...They were born on Friday and I have to leave town I was hoping i wouldn't miss them opening their eyes...anyone know what would be the closest estimate to what day mixed breeds would open their eyes?

my puppies are 11 days old and they still haven't opened their eyes!!!! so when do puppies open their eyes? i think that it is somewhere between 11 and 17b days old give or take a few!!!

they open anywhere from 8-17 days but 10-14 is average. Although they will open, they are still unable to see anything more than shadows for several more days.

usually by 2 weeks, but my brother has a litter of labs at three weeks, only the corners are open

Um.. my puppies are 3-4 days old.. there are 10.. one died.. Anne (the pups mom) smothered him. -cries- They are hound dog and border collie mix.. cuter than any other doggy! What time do u think that they will open their eyes?

Puppies eyes start to open at about 7-12 days old, all puppies eyes are blue ... When his eyes first open a puppy's vision is very limited.

7- 14 days is the normal if they have not opend there eyes by the 15th day take them to the vet and they can open them for you

Shih Tzu puppies eyes can open anywhere from 7-14 days after they are born. They are also born deaf and wont be able to hear for the first week. They will be able to hear only strong noises for the second week and will have better hearing than we do by the third week. (This is the case with all puppies, not just Shih Tzu's

I just had 1/4 yorkie and 3/4 shis tzus pups 6 we are jut over a week old they hae not opened the eyes yet??????? Yes making lots of noise but seem fine. 3 girls 3 boys very cute whats next dhot wormmend????  lisadisler@sbcglobal.net

listen here playas and pups ...the age is said to be about 12-17 days and thats a fact iight...dont be skerd if their not open at day 12 thats more like the starting point to when it happens..so little bow wow will be set within then

after they poop about five times they should open their eyes. so count. dont worry some open after six maybe seven.

it depends on the color of there eyes:

blue:ten days
brown:eight days
green:when they come out
pink:when they die

well it is about 7 to 14 days it takes time they will not all open at once sometime one eye will open but the other will not for a day or two
