We have a 2 year old male JR, and he marks his territory all over the house.  As soon as comes in from outside.  Will neutering help or will the problem still be there?

He will have that forever he should have been fixed at about six months old.

My JRT did that when my husband and I went on vacation. We had someone to let him and the other dog we have a few times a day. After we returned home we cleaned it up and told him it wasn't his place to go and not to do it again. He hasn't. Don't underestimate JRTs. They are very clever and smart.
