What are the problems associated with tissue or organ transplant?

Some of the problems are that the body has to take it in first. The body has the choice of whether to accept the new organ or reject the organ. you are also talking about infection, virus, diseases that could be passed along with a new organ, maybe even cancer, aids and other such bad things..
