I think it is true. The leader which The great Nostradamus indicates will wear a blue turban and will be born in the region which is surrounded by water in 3 directions, i.e., Punjab (Sindhu, Ganga, Arabic ocean)and will have curly beard. Looking at the present situation, PM of India, Mr. Manmohan Singh has a striking resemblance with that person.
