I was cited with VC 22107 after an accident.  Someone braked on me on the freeway and I lost control of the vehicle rolled it then the CHP comes, doesn't like my answers of being dazed my two adult kids and 4 year old granddaughter were in the vehicle. Luckily do one was seriously hurt and I managed not hit another vehicle. He starts to perform a search of my car without my permission.  I had nothing to hide and told him, if he wanted to search the car knock himself out but at least get my permission.  Wouldn't you know it two weeks later I have a ticket for unsafe turning movement.  Is there anything I can do?  I am planning on taking both of my kids to court with me and the cop is scheduled to be there, however his so called witnesses who couldn't see a whole lot because I was in a big tall truck blocking the view of the person who braked on me will not be there.  Can I demand they appear?  Can I fight this with any chance of winning?
