Is there anywhere in southern Texas that will pierce my tounge w/o parental consent? I asked this one girl who had a friend that got his eyebrow pierced at a parlor when he was underage w/o consent and i asked where this place was. When she told me it was the same place i got my industrial (with my mothers permission/presence) i was totally bummed.But the guy didn't check my ID or anything he just got my moms and and filled out the forms using hers. So now I'mwondering if mb all i need is someone over 21 with me and i can say their my guardian or something. He didn't even check if she WAS my guardian. If anyone know any place other than that one (which I'lltry and go too soon and see if my little plan works) down here in Texas near McAllen please do send me an e-mail at Monika_Mtnz@hotmail.com
