I am Russian and currently working full time having HB 1 visa. I am not married but I had a baby and my boyfriend's name is on birth certificate and we live together.
We go through a lot of problems and I want to go back to Russia. He scares me that I have to leave my baby here. Who has more rights in my situation. I pay all his medical expenses and I work full time, my boyfriend is a student and never spent a penny on him. Please help me to know my rights.
