Why would the Minoans have had goddesses and the Mycenaeans gods?

the Minoans were peaceful but the did have gods...

becouse the minoans were very female oriented and the myceanaeans were very male oriented

Because Women were believed to be not as strong as men are, so the Myceneans believed that if they worshiped male gods they would be strong. Where as the Minoans were peace-loving people, and did not need the "strangth" of the male gods.
