I really don't have a question. I would rather use this forum for a service. I'm an advocate in India and am currently in the US for next 2 months. I've dealt with service matters and labour laws for 30+ years working with Indian Railways. I have resolved a number of complicated service matter related cases including acceptance of resignation of my son-in-law (who was on J-1 visa here and is a GC holder now) from the Govt. of India.
