I have 5---$2 dollar bills which are in unc
condition.  They are 1st day issued in 1976,they are in sequence,(one has a 2cent canceled stamp, one has a 5cent canceled stamp, one has a 3cent canceled stamp, one has a 1cent canceled stamp and the last has a 7cent canceled stamp). sn#f00916710A - f00916714A additionally, I have a notarized letter affirming the above issued by a
notary...dtd 14 april 1976.  can you tell me if they are of any unusual value?

Hi..$2 1976 Federal Reserve Notes have a retail value of $5 in Uncirculated Condition.I don't think the stamps will add any value in fact it may hurt the value a little most collectors don't like their notes to be marked or defaced in this way in my opinion.

I have a 2 dollar federal reserve "unc" note
series 1976 that was given to me as a gift without any stamps on it, is it worth anything?

As a matter of fact stamped $2 bills are rare and worth more.  Check wiki.  I have several 1976's and one red-ink 1953B.  I'm going to spend the 1995 bills, but are the older ones worth keeping?
