I'm interested in any feedback on the Roland SI-24.  Specifically the pre-amps.  Thanks in advance

There are 8 decent sounding pre's
All of my recordings have come out sounding excellent.
The Phontom power isnt sufficient for all mics.

There are Pre-amps but they only provide 15v of phantom power, not the standard 48v

There are pre-amp but they only provide 15 rather than 24v. There is an XML file that you can download for use with Cakewalk's Sonar and Cubase and it can natively support Pro-tool. It is poorly supported by Roland. The the RPC-1 Audio Interface car, you have a 8-in 10 out audio interface which is excellent. Other than that, it sucks. I paid $799 for it. At the current price along with RPC-1 card, I'd definitely buy it if you only want to use it as an Audio Interface.

Ive worked with one ,there are
preamps on every mic channel and they are surprisingly clean
