1995 LHS in limpmode.

getting these 4 codes from key 12,32, 65, 55
changed the sped input sensor, still in limp mode
would any of the above codes cause it to go into and stay in limp mode?

problem started about 1 month ago.
I was traveling to work and stopped to pay toll, when pulling out of toll both shifted from 1st to 2nd ok, then when shifting to 3rd, tach raised but no shift.
It just banged back into 2nd and would not shift.
pulled over to check fluid level, (was ok)
started car to move off road, and was now shifting ok (no check engine light)

this happened a couple of times that day,
now it stays in limp mode.
ideas please!!
