I am american born indian aged above 18 holding american citizenship, nationality as well as american passport I am afigure skater can i represent India in world championship of figure skating without holding indian citizenship, nationality and passport if not what is the procedure and what time frame require to change my nationality ,do i have to give up my american nationality to do so
