HOW MANY LOCATIONS ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE TO
CONTROL THE LOAD (LIGHT)?  WITH ONLY TWO LOCATIONS, YOU NEED TWO 3-WAY SWITCHES.  WITH THREE LOCATIONS, YOU NEED TWO 3-WAY SWITCHES AND ONE 4-WAY SWITCH......DOES THIS HELP....YOU CAN'T USE A SINGLE POLE SWITCH WITH THE 3-WAY SWITCH, IF THAT IS WHAT YOU'RE TRYING TO FIND OUT.

Then we install a new switch at the bottom hoping that this was the problem. But it didn't correct the problem it still wouldn't work. Help I'm in the dark
