i have a 96 tahoe 4x4 the abs and brake light will come on...

i have a 96 tahoe 4x4 the abs and brake light will come on when i drive down the road and i had the codes pulled and it has all 4 o2 sensors and ecm failure code and now it will die on me is it the ecm ?
