Hi,
My wife is on F2 visa right now. She got admission in a community college and her status change to F1 has been approved by BCIS. She plans to go the american consulate at toronto, canada for her passport to be stamped for F1 status.
Does she qualify for a drop-box visa?
Can she mail her passport to be stamped?
Kindly guide,
Best regards,
Parth.
