my dog had diarrhea and vomiting a few days ago and ever...

my dog had diarrhea and vomiting a few days ago and ever since he doesn't want to eat, go on walks, or even be around people. could he be seriously sick or is he just letting something pass through his system?

Sounds like gastroenteritis.  Our dog had it last holiday season after big feasting on leftovers.  My cousin is a vet, and put him on a diet of cooked rice for about a week (so salt or oil on the rice).  Also plenty of water for dehydration.  Don't feed your dog table scraps or anything but Science Diet or Iams.  If he keeps it up, go see a vet.
