I have a 2002 VW Golf. The Hatch will not unlock. When I try to open it from pooping it from the keyless entry or inside the car, it makes a noise but does not unlatch. The key does not go into the key whole - never did - so i cannot get into it that way. How Can i get the hatch to open from inside the car? does anyone have a diagram or piece of advice? I think it just needs to be opened and then greased. Thank you in advance!
