I have been asked to send a JPEG file but my software is normal Windows Word, etc. How can I save from Word to JPEG?

The paint program that comes as standard with windows has the option to save files as JPEG.

However you can't import a Word document to paint or save it as JPEG.

You can copy a screen dump of word and paste it into paint by using the alt and print scrn buttons together when in word then using paste in paint.

i also was asked to send a jpeg file but i cant understand the answer please could you explain so dummies can understand
