1995 VW Cabrio.  On warm days (70 degrees and above), car starts with no problem.  After driving for a bit, get out of car for a few minutes, try to start car and it will not start.  Car must completely cool down before starting.  This also happens when car sits in sun on days over 85 degrees.  What is causing this?
