I need some help, suddenly my BRAKE light and my ABS light...

I need some help, suddenly my BRAKE light and my ABS light came on and will not go off and my speedometer will only work when i am going over 30mph. I read online about this and it said it is the rear speed sensor which is located on upper part of the rear diff. Has anyone had any experience with this and can direct me on how to change this etc. Thanks
