im an indian medical post graduate with USMLE (step 2 and CS) exams cleared.i wish to marry a H1B Visa holder in Houston. what will my work permit status be as i intend to continue my postgraduation (MS/MD)in USA. will the Visa of my spouse help me get a work permit.
