hi i need a diagram on how to time a 1997 z24 caviler 2.4...

hi i need  a diagram on how to time a 1997 z24 caviler 2.4 liter i put a new water pump in and the timing had jumped now i need to know how to set the top two cam gears i thought i had it set and all it will do is turn over and act like it wants to start but nothing. like its still out of time.
