Hello, I am about to go to the UK next week to marry my fiance.  For certain family reasons we have to get married in the UK.  I just need a little help getting my ducks in a row before I start filing for for the I-130 and K3.  My first question would be, do I file the I-130 under my last name since we will already be married or do I put her last name where it asks for her information?  Do I also need some type of cover letter when I file or is it ok to file without a letter?  What exactly do I need to send with the I-130 besides both G-325A, copy of birth certificates, passports, marriage certificate photos? Thank You for your help...
