A tornado can be somthing negative, yet it can also be positive. It may represent the cancer, in that its destroying everything in its path, however, it may also symbolize a new start. Even though a tornado destroys, what's left behind is the opportunity to rebuild and start again, which is often known as a cleansing. (Hopefully you checked out that lump, though.)
