i have IBM laptop and i couldn't get read-of the BIOS...

i have IBM laptop and i couldn't get read-of the BIOS password.i couldn't locate the BIOS chips. Do you have scamatic for IBM laptop mother board scamatic?. my laptop model#is 2647

BIOS IS INOPERATIVE, ON BOOT UP NUMBER COME UP ONLY SUCH AS:  108, 98.98.  TECH SAID MY BOIS IS GONE.   IF THIS I THE CASE WHERE CAN I GET ONE.  I HAVE A IBM, THINKPAD, 746XL WTH WINDOWS 95.
