The wintsk32 "error" is a prime indicator of the W32/Yaha-R (Win32) worm. Any of the major anti-virus software programs,Norton, Macafee, Sophos, etc., will be able to discover and remove it.

Since this worm spreads by emailing itself please email ALL of the contacts in your Outlook or Outlook Express address book and tell them that they may also have been infected. They should install and run a quality antivirus program on their computer(s) immediately.

Here is the Sophos antivirus webpage with a description of the problem and its resolution.

http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/w32yahar.html

You may also go to the Symantec.com (Norton Anti Virus) search page http://www.symantec.com/search/
and type in   wintsk32.exe   for an exact match to the current variant of this Yaha worm. It is either the W32.Yaha.T@mm or W32.Yaha.U@mm worm.

Good luck to you both!
