I had the same problem It's CWS hijack (cool Web Search) Run Ad Ware 6 *free from the web* and it will show you all the spyware that's on the computer at the end will allow you to delete them.  Then this site a free shredder that will actually get rid of the spyware program that's hiding on the computer..AdWare will show the files it's stored. http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/cws/
Hope this helps

There is a free file at http://www.techtv.com/callforhelp/ It is called AVG6.0 Anti Virus System.  I tried just the free download and it captures any virus on your computer and puts it in a vault so it cannot do any more harm.  I find it very useful.  Hope this can help.  I watch the TV show Call for help and tech TV every chance I get.  A cool learning show.
