I purchased Season 3 and 4 and couldn't find the part where...

I purchased Season 3 and 4 and couldn't find the part where Leo heals Piper and Prue dies. Season 3 ends with Phoebe not coming down the stairs and the other two lying on the ground. Season 4 begins with Piper trying to call for a lost sister and doesn't explain how Phoebe gets out of the hands of the Source. Maybe this was not included in the DVD, but can anyone help me find this part of the last episode?
