my 1987 crysler 5th ave starts chugging after it gets warmed...

my 1987 crysler 5th ave starts chugging after it gets warmed up it also dies as its chugging it lasts for about 15 to 30 minutes. sometimes it doesn't stop chugging at all.other days it runs perfectly whats up with i hope you can help me..
