I have a 2003 $10.00 bill and the 10 on the bottom left side is printed wavy and both of the 10's on the top corners look like the bottom edges have an excess of ink and feel slightly raised to the touch.  i know the bill is legit because i work for a bank and to came to us from the federal reserve bank.  Do you think this is worth anything.  I compared it to another 10 and overall the ink is much darker on this bill. Thanks!!
