My son 24 was arrested for Burglary and Interference of Custody, 2 felony charges.

Why these charges where filed, his girlfriend was angry with him.

We got a lawyer and the court offer to drop charges to misdemeanors, we said no because they were false charges.

The next visit to the courts-The charges were dropped at the expense of the State because my son's ex-girlfriend admitted she lied.  She walked away clean as a whistle.

Is there any charge we can file against her to have her pay the lawyer fee, missed work and the pain and suffering she caused our family.  Thank you for any advice.

Older half sister and her husband have 'taken over' my younger daughter whom I had let go visit from Texas to Colorado.  They wanted to keep her and have filed a DNN...Depedency Neglect charges against me; both girls' biological mother.  In pursuit of my getting back the younger daughter I have lost everthing...household furnishings in Texas, job, etc and more due to mental and emotional anguish.  The younger daughter as well has suffered, her school grades dropping and on medication due to stress and anxieties.  The older girl, 31 has the younger girl,15 confused, insecure and emotionally mixed up

The man is always guilty in America despite his innocence or the truth of the matter. Once you are arrested you are guilty. The innocent till proven guilty fable is not reality.
