My (Apprentice) Electrician ran a new wire for a new ELECTRIC DRYER (Ontario, Canada Code).  He gets 2 120v answers at the receptacle, but not 240v for the heater. The Sears Service guy says it is wired improperly, didn't say what.  What is the correct wiring diagram?  Thanks!
