In JPEG compression procedure, what are the steps involved after the spacial domain is converted to frequency domain?

Conversion to frequency domain is DCT.
The steps afterwards are:
1. Quantization (i.e. divide the coefficients by a certain number)
2. For DC components: calculate difference to previous DC component.
   For AC components: Kind of Zero-Run-Length
3. Encode these values through Huffman
