My chihuahua had pups on the 26th of June. She is still spotting. Is this normal, or should I be concerned.  She is not in any pain, weight is normal and activity is normal.

That is pretty normal. If it doesn`t stop within a few days you might want to bring her to the vet!

It is not normal for her to be bleeding 3 months after having pups. Take her to the vet.
