My sister in a Bangladeshi citizen and have a Bangladeshi passport. She went to Canada for visiting one of our sister with a tourist visa. She was pregnant and since her condition was quiet critical, doctor has forbidden her to fly. If her baby born in Canada, would he become a Canadian citizen and get the other benifits?
